Motel Policies

Occupancy

Number of Adults should include all occupants 13 years of age and older. All guests registering must be 18 years of age or older and must present photo identification upon check-in. Children 12 years of age and under are free when occupying the same room with an adult family member. Generally, one or two persons may occupy a room with one bed. No more than four persons may occupy a room with two beds.

Check-in and Check-out Dates

You may book up to one year in advance. All guests registering must be 18 years of age or older and must present photo identification upon check-in. Payment for your accommodations required at check-in with accepted credit card or cash.

Check-in Time

Check-in time is after 3 pm.

Check-out Time

11:00 am. Guests wishing to stay after the check-out time must pay for an additional day. Late check-outs are not available.

Room Types and Beds

The maximum number of persons allowed in a room with one king or queen bed is 2. The maximum number of persons allowed in a Quadruple Room is 4.

Pets

NO PETS ALLOWED - $250.00 fee.

Animals that assist the disabled, known as “Service Animals,” are always welcome. However, any Service Animal that poses a health or safety risk may not remain onsite. This includes those that cause damage to our property or that of other guests, are too disruptive, are not properly attended, or demonstrate undue aggression. Service Animals must be declared at check-in.

Smoking

The Country Villa Motel does not have smoking rooms. If you wish to smoke, please do so outside, State law requires 15 feet from any structure. There will be a $250.00 Cleaning fee for Smoking in any room.

Individual Reservations - Guarantee & Cancel Policies

If guaranteed with your credit card, your reservation will be held all night for your arrival.

If it becomes necessary to cancel a reservation which you have sent in payment or guaranteed with your credit card, you must notify the Motel per the following.

Reservations made from June through end of August requires 72 hours cancellation time.

Reservations made from October through end of May requires 48 hours cancellation time.

Times and dates to cancel without penalty may vary on Special Events, Holidays and/or Weekends. If you do not cancel your guaranteed reservation, your credit card will be charged for the first night and the remainder of the reservation will be cancelled (if more than 1 night).

Early check out in multiple nights stay is considered as cancellation with no refund unless alternate arrangements are made.
